History

Intelliracks, Inc. was originally started in 2000 as a division of the consulting firm Russell Internet Technologies to assist with client's website hosting needs. As it grew, it was turned into its own company and Russell Hosting was formed in 2003. 

Over the past several years Russell Hosting has continued to grow and started to expand its main business line into the managed dedicated hosting space.  In October 2006 Russell Hosting acquired shared hosting company Lexis Hosting to both further its shared hosting business as well as expand its core offerings into other areas that Lexis Hosting specialized in.  Finally in January 2007, Russell Hosting merged with hosting consulting firm JMColville.com and has reinvented itself as Intelliracks, Inc.

Intelliracks was officially incorporated in March 2007, and is moving full-speed into the managed dedicated hosting space delivering high-quality managed solutions built on the solid service that originally built Russell Hosting 7 years ago.
